Welcome to the North Carolina Retired School Personnel, Asheville City/Buncombe County Local Chapter.

NCRSP is an organization for retired educators that promotes the sharing of information about retirement benefits, encourages healthy life styles for retirees, and supports volunteerism in the local community, particularly in schools in Asheville City and Buncombe County school systems.

NCRSP also supports legislative efforts at the state level on behalf of its members.

The local chapter is affiliated with the District I  and state NCRSP organizations. It is a division of the North Carolina Association of Educators (NCAE^@.)

The chapter meets six times a year and provides a wide diversity of informational programs for retirees. Once a year, this meeting includes a health fair for members and the community.
