Our Local Unit meetings are scheduled for the second Wednesday in the months of September, October, November, March, April, and May.

District I Meeting at Lake Junaluska on May 7, 2012
 
Our district meeting is set for May 7th at Lake Junaluska. Lunch tickets are reserved in advance, so speak with one of the officers at the April meeting.
 
The NCRSP State Convention

Our Spring NCRSP meetings will be at Groce United Methodist Church on Tunnel Road. The meals for the meetings will be catered by Howard and Jewell Bridges cost of $10 per person. The meal will include one entree, two vegetables, salad, roll, dessert, and drink (coffee or tea.)
 
Guests are welcome and are to be included in your reservation information when Callers call you on Thursday or Friday before the meeting on the Wednesday of the following week.
 
If you do not receive a call and would like to attend our Local Unit meeting, please call one of our Communications Chairs by Sunday before the scheduled date listed above.

From I-240 West: Take Exit #7 at the Asheville Mall, proceed through two lights, make a left at the second light, and go down ramp to Tunnel Road, East. Continue 1.5 miles to traffic light at Beverly Road and turn left. The parking lot will be on your right.

 From I-240 East: Take Exit #7 at the Asheville Mall, turn right at the light and go down ramp to Tunnel Road, East. Merge onto Tunnel Road and travel 1.5 miles to Beverly Road. Turn left and the church parking lot is on the right.

 

Reservations are preferred to help NCRSP plan for the number of attendees. Calls are made to members the week before the meeting. Visitors are welcome at our meetings, although a courtesy call is appreciated to plan for seating and dinner numbers.
